O presente concurso público tem por objetivo a atribuição de cinco habitações de tipologia T3, localizadas nos lotes n.os 1, 2, 3, 6 e 9 do loteamento situado na Rua Antero de Moniz Viveiros, freguesia de Ginetes, concelho de Ponta Delgada, ilha de São Miguel, em regime de arrendamento com opção de compra, destinadas à habitação permanente dos candidatos e respetivos agregados familiares.

The regime in question applies to activities carried out in fixed establishments, as well as to itinerant activities, namely the provision of non-sedentary food and beverage services.
