Meal distribution system during school holidays and breaks:

• Lunch during school holidays and breaks consists of soup, a main course, bread, and a piece of fruit or dessert;
• The cost for beneficiaries during holidays and breaks remains the same as during the school term, unless a different strategy is determined to better suit the family;
• Lunch is provided on weekdays in the same manner as it would be during the school term.

O presente concurso público tem por objeto a atribuição de 13 habitações, nas tipologias T2, T3 e T4, localizadas na Urbanização de São Brás, no concelho da Praia da Vitória, ilha Terceira. As habitações serão disponibilizadas em regime de arrendamento com opção de compra, destinando-se a residência permanente dos candidatos e dos respetivos agregados familiares. Das 13 habitações, nove são de tipologia T2, três de tipologia T3 e uma de tipologia T4.

The requirement for the existence and availability of the Complaints Book aims to strengthen the procedures for defending the rights of consumers and users in the supply of goods and provision of services.

This initiative aims to simplify access to economic activities, through the reduction of bureaucracy and simplification of procedures. In this way, it allows economic operators, having met the requirements of the space under the Legal Regime for Urbanization and Building, to start their activity more quickly by electronically submitting a prior declaration of installation or modification.

The regime in question applies to activities carried out in fixed establishments, as well as to itinerant activities, namely the provision of non-sedentary food and beverage services.
