Destinatários
All suppliers of goods and service providers who:
- have a fixed or permanent establishment where they carry out their activity exclusively or principally, habitually and professionally; and
- Have contact with the public, namely through customer service services aimed at offering products or services or maintaining customer relations.
Amendment of annotations: Annotations to the Complaints Book
It is possible to make annotations, up to a limit of eight, to the physical complaint book when there is a change of establishment address, a change in the activity or the respective CAE, or a change in the name of the establishment of the service provider/supplier of goods.
