Housing Lease with Purchase Option | São Brás - Terceira Island

The public tender for the allocation of 13 homes under a lease with purchase option in the parish of São Brás, municipality of Praia da Vitória, will begin on August 15.

 

The housing types available in the tender are as follows:

T2 (two-bedroom): eight homes

T3 (three-bedroom): four homes

T4 (four-bedroom): one home

 

These homes are located in the São Brás urbanization, specifically on Rua do Regelo and Travessa das Amoreiras, in the municipality of Praia da Vitória.
